Jokery runs the same account login on desktop and mobile. On a PC, you sign in from the top menu of the website. On a phone or tablet, the login sits inside the mobile menu, using the same username and password as the desktop version.
You need a registered Jokery account before you can access the personal area. Without an account, the login form won’t take you any further than the sign-in screen, so you’ll have to create a profile first and then return to log in.
Open Jokery in your browser, tap Log in , then enter the email or phone number you used at sign-up and your password. If you enabled two-factor authentication, type the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to finish.
Use Forgot password on the login screen and reset it through the email or SMS link. After you set a new password, log in again and make sure Caps Lock and saved autofill details aren’t inserting the wrong characters.
If your account was created with Google or Apple, choose the same button on the login screen and approve the sign-in on your device. If you signed up with email or phone, log in with those details unless you add a social sign-in option in your account settings.
Wait 15 minutes after repeated failed attempts, then try again with the correct credentials. If it still won’t open, contact Jokery support from the site and ask for an unlock after identity checks.
Your browser is clearing cookies or running in private mode, so Jokery can’t keep the session. Turn off private browsing and allow site cookies, then use the Remember me option on the login screen.
Switch between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, then clear the browser cache for Jokery and reload. If it still hangs, disable ad blockers or VPN, because they can block the login scripts.
